Meet Our Executive Chef

Chef Randy Berg has built his back of the house team in order to create a unique premier dining experience especially for YOU.

Randy is formerly of Caf? Borgia and Caf? Venezia. He has also worked under Executive Chef Gary Sanders. He boasts a Culinary Art Degree which is reflected in the presentation of his dishes. As Randy says ?To be a good chef, you need to have a good team. When you have a good team, everything runs great and everybody counts.?

Often, Randy likes to enhance our back of the house by bringing in students from the Robert Morris Culinary School. While under Randy's direction, students are able to complete their internships while helping out with basic prepwork. This combination of education and on-the-job-training has been a benefit for our entire team.
